PTOP Announces Release of Third Quarter Financial Results and Gives Technology

Cambridge, MA, Aug. 30, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Peer To Peer Network aka MobiCard (OTC Pink: PTOP) today announces that it has complied with filing requirements and released its third quarter financial statements ( June 30) on OTC Markets.
PTOP believes that the assets will increase significantly once the MOBICARD™ 2.0 applications are also completed. “Getting rid of our debt and increasing our assets, is a no-brainer for the balance sheet and my duty to increase the value of the business, things just keep getting better for PTOP shareholders,” said the Chairman- general manager Joshua Sodaitis.
PTOP is very happy to announce that MOBICARD™ 2.0 is over 50% complete!
PTOP held a conference call with CEO and Technical Team Leader Nick Santanta on Friday August 5th. The agenda for this conference call was to request a progress report detailing what has been accomplished and what remains to be done, as well as the timetable for the completion of MOBICARD™ 2.0.
“I told you that we are not Think Latitude and that we would meet the contract deadline. We’re 100% done with the wireframes, but keep in mind that the wireframes don’t cover all functionality. With 100% done on the wireframe, that marks our full 50% point on the contract. Wireframes are mockups of the user experience and overall theme. Using these wireframes we will create additional views that we will integrate into the application. Additional components that we will add. Plus additional features to use the theme for a consistent user experience. We are on track to finish exactly as planned. There were no slowdowns, errors or issues that would slow us down,” exclaimed Nick Santana.
“The entire work of this project involves the redesign of the MOBICARD™ 1.0 mobile application to reflect the wireframe design, the incorporation of all current MOBICARD™ 2.0 features and the additional features described in the contract. According to analysis by Jay Wallace and myself (Nicholis Santana), we have surpassed the 50% completion mark as of today, August 16th. Additional functionality and the implementation of all functionality that is not represented in the wireframe consists of approximately 35% of the project. The remaining 65% of this coding sprint consists of the Xamarin structure of the interface, styling, incorporation of the existing backend, and conversion of all views provided by the PTOP designer,” explained Nicholis Santana.
The new and improved MOBICARD™ 2.0 platform, when fully developed, will provide e-cards containing direct contact links for the card owner’s phone numbers, addresses, websites and social media web pages; their entire digital footprint. The system includes a central server to automatically store and update all electronic business cards to keep all cardholders and recipients fully informed of all their card contact information. One of the patents granted by PTOP, which covers 19 specific claims, will be used in the new MOBICARD™2.0 applications because the CEO of PTOP has ensured that the company does not sacrifice any of the patented features. The three most notable being the sharing logic, 3rd game sharing and analysis of data shared by a link. Data analysis will be the most coveted part of the app for the users as it will provide them with the data and knowledge about who is opening and viewing their map. Knowing who to follow with and when is a value-added proposition that no other digital business card brings to the table like MOBICARD™2.0
MOBICARD™ 2.0 will change that. There is still no other company that will have the proprietary solutions that PTOP has under our existing granted patents. Additionally, CEO Sodaitis has contacted the patent attorney and plans to file a brand new patent right at the time of the launch of the new MOBICARD™ 2.0 applications to cover new proprietary solutions/features. We’ll be the only company with data analytics on who opened your card, who clicked on your website, who clicked on your social media, who clicked on your audio message, and more. letting you know who to spend your time chasing. Certainly someone who spends 20 minutes clicking all your links is a better lead than someone who spent 20 seconds and just opened your map. MOBICARD™ 2.0 will also enable QR card sharing so people can share their cards faster. Some of the app changes made by PTOP were simple design layouts that will make a big difference to the user experience. For example, how Think Latitude configured the 1 was confusing.st people view of the page. Many people have tried ‘login’ instead of ‘register’, the new screen will be a clear and concise process that is easy to understand.
“These fixes alone will add many more users in our opinion, reducing the confusion and frustration of the signup process. Think Latitude didn’t include a way for people to verify the password than a user was typing, and if you have big thumbs like me, you’ll keep getting a generic error message when trying to create a new account (because your passwords wouldn’t match the password confirmation box ) frustrating the user trying to guess what the problem was. This problem is solved by simply putting the (eye) icon so people can see their password and confirmation password to make sure that “they fit. I’m extremely excited to launch applications that I can finally bring to market after having to solve problem after problem, this new MOBICARD™ 2.0 platform will be the application platform we have s all imagined. We are looking at a launch in late September, early October. We will be testing bugs and, like last time, allowing beta testers to help us test new apps. If you would like to become a beta tester for new apps, please send an email stating the make and model of phone you have, along with your name and contact details to [email protected] . Title = Beta tester 2.0. We should test very soon. Once we make sure there are no issues or the issues are resolved, we will launch a press, marketing and media blitz like never before,” concluded Chief Executive Officer Josh Sodaitis. .
