“As you can see, this looks a little different than it did a few years ago,” said Kim Clark, executive vice president of Baltimore Development Corp.

Almost three years ago, there were only artist renderings of what the neighborhood would look like, but now it’s becoming a reality.

Across from Top Golf, Paramount Baltimore, a nearly 4,000-seat venue, is also nearing completion.

“It will host everything from concerts to mixed martial arts to boxing events and will also have a private dining room and club for people to use,” Clark said.
